We started playing Handball in 2012 by chance really through school. It was then a quick progression to play for county, regional and then nationally. When picked for trials with England in 2013 the scout thought there was only one of us!! (We do look a little bit alike :)). We were successful and represented England at U16’s in a tri-nation competition in 2013. We joined Olycats Handball Team (Beds & Bucks) last year as well as successfully securing places on the Advanced Apprenticeship in Sporting Excellence (AASE) with England Handball. We have to travel approximately 150 miles a week to train and on top of this our fixtures can take us from Leeds to Brighton.We are committed, hardworking and determined. It is our dream to continue to play at a National level and we believe one day we will be at the Olympics. We will keep you posted with our progress and summer trip to Denmark (the centre of excellence for Handball)
